As You Like It Entertainment is a fully licensed and insured event company providing services to Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We now offer package deals that include Disc Jockey, Live Band, Videography, Photography, and Slide Shows. Our staff is young, friendly, experienced, and dedicated to providing a comfortable and fun environment for you and your guests. Contact us now to recieve a detailed planning sheet which will help us coordinate every step of your event. We will work with the hall manager, the caterer and especially YOU, to ensure that your occasion runs smoothly and everybody has a great time.

We have several professional DJ Systems that can be used for parties up to 2000 people or as small as 25. All Systems can include Premium Lighting Packages. We provide Over 10,000 songs of every genre, with a song book directory for your guests to look through to make requests, and always bring back up gear. We take great pride in our work and aim to be consistently energetic, well spoken, and have passion for what we do. We will do more than just play music, we will serve as Master of the Ceremonies (EMCEE) as well. You will feel confident in our ability to get everyone’s attention in a polite, respectful manner.
A great DJ knows what song to play and when to play it in order to keep EVERYBODY happy. Music and song selection is one of our many specialties. Deciding to go with "As You like it" will be a great choice.

Things you should always ask before hiring a DJ.


1. Do You Use Professional Equipment?

As You Like It Entertainment has several top of the line DJ systems to work with. All Systems can include Premium Lighting Packages. Here is a list of some of the brands we use....

2. Will You Provide a Back-up System at your event?

Yes we come prepared with backup amplifiers, mixers, music, and speakers.

On busy nights, we even have a Gear Man out and about to bring us anything we might need.

3. Are You Insured?

Yes, we are insured with every system we use in a two million dollar Policy.

We also can provide insurance to event venues as additionally insured.

4. Is this your full time job or do you just do it on the weekend?

Some DJs only work on the weekend to make extra money in addition to their full time job, They charge very high rates and only DJ once in a while.

Entertainment is my full time job, I truly care about my customers and will always be available to answer questions.

I spend my week days preparing music and activities for your event and average about 80 jobs a year which really keeps my skills up to date.

7. Do You Involve Our Guests With Crowd Participation?

Yes, at your request we can play games, trivia, karaoke, and other activities. Please take a look at our party plans for more info.

8. How Early Will You Be There to Setup?

Although it varies by the event type and travel distance, We usually allow 1 hour to set up at no charge.

I can be set up and running in less than 20 minutes, but I like to play it safe and allow extra time.

9. What types of events do you have experience in?

10. How Many Years Experience Do You Have? Are you in touch with today's music?
